As most of you know, I’m really exited about the feedback I’m getting on the ACE Reminder System. Over the weekend I got a couple of emails I wanted to share:
“Hi Joe, just thought I would pass along another way I am using the ACE system. I created a template that I labeled “Thankyou” that we are sending our customers a day or two after their job was completed. It basically thanks them for their business and directs them to call us if they have questions or concerns. Then I add, “for helpful cleaning tips, please visit www.vibrasteam.com”. Cleaver isn’t it. I am always proud when I come up with a good idea. System is working great.” Thanks again, Tracy
“Ill have over 70 people in the ACE system by the end of the weekend..Ill have over a 100 end of the week..I should keep adding around 25 a week for a month..Should be around 250 end of June” – Ken, Iowa
