How do you use your website and SEO to get commercial jobs?
SEO is tough because potential commercial clients don’t search as much as residential clients. You will get a few jobs here and there, but nothing close to residential. You will need to put in some extra effort, but you can still use your website to your advantage. Here is how:
1. Put a page on your website dedicated to explaining the difference between your residential and commercial process. Video works best.
2. Make a list of businesses you currently work with. Example: Accountant, Doctor’s office, Bowling Alley, Church.
3. Find small offices around town and take notes then implement “The Trifecta Strategy”. Email – Letter – Phone Call. Always send them to your website commercial page.
